Talia Al Ghul is a character created by Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams. She is Ra's Al Ghul's daughter, and shares his quest to wipe out humanity so that they can rebuild it in their image. She is just as smart and deadly as her father. Thankfully, Batman always manages to stop her.
