Ra's Al Ghul is a character created by Dennis O'Neal and Neal Adams. He is a criminal mastermind obsessed with wiping out humanity so that he may rebuild the world in his image. He is an expert martial artist and swordsman and an extremy intelligent person. Thankfully, Batman always manages to defeat him.
