Mister Freeze is a character created by Bob Kane, David Wood and Sheldon Moldoff. He is a scientist whose wife suffered a terminal ilness and was denied the funds to find a cure for her. He was pushed into a vat of cryogenic chemicals, forcing him to wear a special thermic suit. He decided to use the freezing guns he invented to become the villain Mister Freeze and make humanity pay. Thankfully, Batman always manages to defeat him.
