Killer Moth is a character created by Bill Finger, Charles Paris and Lew Sayre Schwartz. After injecting himself with moth DNA that was charged with tachyon energy, he gained superhuman strength, superhuman speed and invulnerability. He also wears a suit with wings that allow him to fly, a gun that shoot an adhesive that can paralyze anyone, and gauntlets with sonic weapons attached to them. He uses all of this to try and take over Gotham City, but thankfully Batman always manages to stop him.
