Impulse is a character created by Mark Waid, Jose Marzan Jr. and Mike Wieringo. He is The Flash's sidekick. He is the fastest teenager alive, moving at incredible speeds and able to vibrate the molecules of matter. His arch-nemesis is Captain Cold .
