Tokka is a character from the movie "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze". He is an alligator snapping turtle that was mutated by the Shredder using Mutagen Ooze. Since he saw the Shredder as his father, he followed the Shredder's orders unquestionably, and thus tried to kill the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Thankfully, Donatello created an anti-mutagen that de-mutated Tokka back into a regular alligator snapping turtle.
