Johnny Quick is a character created by Gardner Fox, Mike Sekowsky and Mort Weisenger. He is an evil version of The Flash from a parallel universe. He is the fastest villain alive, able to move at incredible speeds and vibrate solid matter, and he wants to take over the multiverse. Thankfully, The Flash manages to defeat him.
