Jaxx Briggs is a character from the "Mortal Kombat" movies, the show "Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm", the show "Mortal Kombat: Legacy" and the "Mortal Kombat" videogames. He is an officer in the Deacon Citry police department who is chosen to defend the Earth against the forces of Outworld in Mortal Kombat. He uses power gauntlets to fight at first, but then he removes them when he realizes that he doesn't need them. He kills Motaro and defeats Cyrax and Noob Saibot .
