Deacon Frost is a character created by Marv Wolfman, Gene Colan and Tom Palmer. He is an evil, ruthless, sinister vampire who seeks the power of La Magra in order to become a cosmic being and rule the world. Thankfully, Blade manages to kill him before that happens.
