Arjen Rudd is a character from the movie "Lethal Weapon 2". He's the Minister of Affairs for the South African Consulate, and he uses this to his advantage to launder money and smuggle gold. He repeatedly uses his diplomatic immunity to get away with his evil deeds, until Roger Murtaugh finally shoots him in the head, killing him.
