Prince John is the son of King Richard. After King Richard left to protect his kingdom from invaders, he left Prince John in charge. Prince John is a cruel, petty and tyrannic ruler, who opresses the people of his kingdom with unfair taxes. Thankfully, Robin Hood and his Merry Men are always there to stop Prince John.
