Doctor Alchemy is a character created by Robert Kanigher, Joe Giella, Carmine Infantino, Geoff Johns and Alberto Dose. He is a brilliant scientist who got ahold of the Philosopher's Stone, the same object Lord Voldemort was after. The power of the Philosopher's Stone gives him the ability to change objects into other objects. With this power, he decided to become a supervillain, determined to take over Central City. Thankfully, The Flash always manages to stop him.
