Artemis is an Amazon who was raised by the supervillains Tigress and Sportsmaster. Once she learned of her true nature, she rebelled against her parents and became a superheroine, both as Green Arrow's partner and as a member of Young Justice. She has superhuman strength, superhuman speed, invulnerability, she's a master of several different martial arts and an expert with the bow and arrow.
